How do I place an order?

The website requires a user account. Click on 'Create an Account' link in the top left portion of the web site. Next, choose the items that you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout. For help with placing an order please contact our customer service department.

What is lead time for orders?

Calendars will ship after November 1, 2011. Standard turn time is 10-15 days.

Can I get a proof of my imprint?

Select the 'Email proof option' when ordering and we will email a proof.

What is the shipment FOB?

Can I track the status of my order?

To obtain order status email csinfo@calendarcs.com or call customer service at 800.833.8136.

How will my calendars ship?

Calendars shipping within the United States and Canada will ship UPS Ground. Any foreign orders will ship UPS Worldwide unless marked otherwise. To use a different ship via you must supply a carrier name and account number.
